1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using the Kindose application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
Kindose is a medication reminder app. It reminds you to take the medicines you add, logs your doses, lets you look after other people’s medicines, alerts the caregivers you invite when a dose stays unconfirmed, and offers label and barcode scanning, plain-words explanations, insights and a doctor-visit report.
3. Not Medical Advice
Kindose is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It does not diagnose, treat or suggest doses or changes to your treatment. Explanations, Ask Kindose answers and insights are general information and may be incomplete or wrong. Always follow the instructions of your doctor and pharmacist. In an emergency, call your local emergency number; Kindose cannot call for help.
4. Reminders and Alerts
Reminders depend on your phone’s settings, permissions, battery management and operating system, and a family alert depends on the caregiver’s phone and network. We work hard to make them reliable but cannot guarantee that every reminder or alert arrives. You remain responsible for taking your medicines as prescribed. Use “Send test reminder” and Reminder health in the app to check your setup.
5. AI Features
Label scanning, explanations, Ask Kindose and insights use AI and can make mistakes. Check every field read from a label before you save it, and check anything important with your pharmacist or doctor. AI features have monthly or daily limits that depend on your plan.
6. Caring for Others
Add or invite another person only with their permission. A person you care for must be 16 or older. Caregivers see whether doses were taken and receive late-dose alerts; they do not see the full medication list in alerts.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Kindose is free with ads. Kindose Premium (Just me) and Kindose Family (up to 6 people) are optional subscriptions with the following terms:
- Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and charged to your store account at confirmation of purchase or at the end of a free trial.
- Monthly and yearly plans are offered; yearly plans include a 7-day free trial, once per Apple or Google account.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app or your account does not cancel it.
- If a subscription ends, your reminders keep working; plan limits apply again.
8. Your Content
You keep ownership of the information you enter in Kindose. We only store and process it to provide the service to you and to the people you choose to share with, as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Kindose for any unlawful purpose, to misuse invites or nudges, or to try to access other people’s data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
10. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time in the app (Profile › Account › Delete account) or by emailing support@inovy.dev. We may also suspend or terminate access to the service if you breach these Terms.

These terms are effective as of 7 October 2026.
