How do I invite my partner, grandparents or a sitter?
Open the invite screen in Kinly and send the link, or share your five-character family code. They open the link, or enter the code when they sign up, and join your family.
I have an invite link but I don’t have Kinly yet.
The link opens a page with your code and a button for the App Store. Install Kinly, then open the link again or type the code in the app.
How do I manage or cancel Kinly Family Pro?
Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Open your App Store account settings to manage or cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.
How do I restore my purchase?
In Kinly, open Settings and use Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple ID used for the purchase.
How do I turn the Family Map off?
Location is only shared when you enable the Family Map feature. You can also change Kinly’s location access in your iPhone’s Settings.
How do I delete my account and data?
Open Settings, then Account, then Delete account. See the delete account page for what is removed.
