Docko Pro is the app's premium subscription, available as a yearly plan with a 7-day free trial or a weekly plan. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period, and you manage it in your App Store account settings.

Cloud backup is included with Docko Pro. Your backup is sent over an encrypted connection (TLS) and stored encrypted at rest by Supabase in the EU (Ireland), with access limited to your account. It is not end-to-end encrypted, so Supabase's infrastructure and our administrators with database access could technically read it. We do not look at your documents.

Docko AI lets you ask questions about your documents. When you ask a question, your question and the relevant page text are sent to Claude on Amazon Bedrock in the EU. We do not store that text and Amazon Bedrock does not use it to train models. Separately, when you save a scan, its text is sent to create search vectors; only the vectors are stored, not the text. If your account is set to cloud backup, your documents will restore when you sign back in on any device. They are sent over an encrypted connection (TLS) from Supabase and stored on your device.

Subscriptions are billed through the App Store. Open your App Store account settings to manage or cancel, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.

Open Settings, then Backup & sync, then Delete account. This also erases your Docko documents on this iPhone. See the delete account page for what is removed, or email privacy@inovy.dev for help.
